We are looking for a Technical Writer for a part-time position.
We are Temy, an outsourcing company specializing in software development for startups and established businesses since 2014. Our expertise spans IoT, E-Commerce, Financial Services, and AI services.
Currently, we have around 20 active projects, and our team includes over 100 professionals working from both Ukraine and abroad.
We’re now looking for an experienced Technical Writer to help us professionally and clearly present our technical solutions to potential clients. The role involves creating case studies based on the company’s completed projects with the help of ChatGPT’s Deep Research.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Technical Content Writer in an IT company
- Experience writing technical content in English, with a portfolio
- Experience creating clear and effective prompts for ChatGPT or other Generative AI tools
- Experience processing large volumes of information with ChatGPT
- General knowledge of technical concepts (API, cloud services, databases, SDLC, etc.)
- Ability to work with multiple information sources and synthesize them
- Experience collaborating with technical specialists (developers, architects, PMs)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience in a service or outstaffing IT company
- Knowledge of SEO principles for technical content
- Basic understanding of UX principles
Responsibilities:
- Create case studies for our website based on data obtained through ChatGPT’s Deep Research, internal analytics, and other research tools
- Describe technical solutions in a structured and clear format in English
- Follow the company’s tone of voice and write with the target audience in mind
- Participate in creating technical content for the blog or presentations when needed
