We are looking for a Manual QA who will test a desktop application for Windows. The project is based in Germany. The product is an ERP system for small and medium-sized businesses in the agricultural sector.
The platform’s functionality includes: electronic invoice exchange, document workflow automation, tools for sharing and managing product data between suppliers and clients. Users can also customize the platform to suit their business needs, including integration with their own infrastructure.
The client has been on the market since 2022. From our side, we plan to expand the team with a Manual QA, General QA, and Technical Writer.
Interview stages:
- Pre-screen (up to 15 minutes)
- Recruitment interview (20–30 minutes)
- Technical interview (up to 60 minutes)
- Client interview (approximately 60 minutes)

Requirements:
- 1+ year of commercial experience as a Manual QA
- Experience testing desktop applications on Windows
- Jira or Mantis
- Understanding of SDLC and QA practices
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience with Postman, Swagger, API, SQL
- Experience testing ERP or financial systems
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Conversational German
- Knowledge of Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Test the desktop application (Windows)
- Identify bugs
- Maintain test cases and bug reports
