Office Administrator, Kyiv

We are looking for an Office Administrator for an IT company!

We are Temy, an outsourcing company. Since 2014, we have been providing software development services for companies across various industries, including IoT, FinTech, E-commerce, Security, Real Estate, and EdTech. Our projects are primarily from Europe, the USA, and Israel.

The company has 100+ specialists and around 20 active projects. Our offices are located in Kyiv and Lviv, while our employees work across Ukraine and abroad.

The Office Administrator role involves managing office operations and ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment for our employees.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Kyiv, Beresteiskyi Ave, 24.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year in a similar role, even if in a different industry
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to interact effectively with colleagues and vendors
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to find common ground with people and resolve conflicts
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English – Intermediate level or higher

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in an IT company
  • Budget management skills
  • Knowledge of Google services, Trello, Canva
  • Experience managing corporate Instagram pages

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a comfortable and efficient office environment
  • Order office and kitchen supplies
  • Support the HR and finance teams
  • Handle documents (reports, budgets, receiving mail, scanning, printing)
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize corporate events, team buildings, and other online/offline activities
  • Find and order corporate merchandise
  • Work with Google services, Trello, Canva
  • Manage the corporate Instagram page
  • Develop and oversee an internal communication plan
  • Create content for internal resources
  • Write reports, emails, and texts
  • Handle office-related matters – coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Create corporate greeting cards
  • Assist with additional tasks from other departments
  • Oversee the work of the office assistant

Interview Stages:
