We’re looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the United States. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding Temy’s presence in one of our key markets. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a targeted sales strategy for the U.S. market
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers – including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Heads, and other senior executives
- Actively represent Temy at U.S. industry events, conferences, and networking meetups
- Source and develop new business opportunities, converting them into long-term partnerships
- Strengthen Temy’s brand recognition and credibility within the U.S. tech community
- Negotiate and close high-value deals that support long-term client success
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape sales strategy and offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Established U.S. Network: A strong professional network among senior tech leaders (CTOs, VPs, C-levels) within mid-sized to enterprise-level companies
- Understanding of Tech Sales: Proven experience in B2B sales of IT services, software development, or tech consulting in the U.S. market
- Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the U.S. business culture, tech industry trends, and client expectations
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities – you know how to build trust and close strategic deals
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
