Country Sales Manager (Israel Market)

We’re looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Israel. This role is key to driving Temy’s growth in the region by building strong relationships with local partners, creating tailored sales strategies, and expanding our client portfolio. If you have a strong network in the Israeli tech ecosystem and a passion for IT solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy specifically for Israel
  • Build strong connections with key decision-makers – including VPs of R&D, C-level executives, and other tech leaders
  • Attend industry events and represent Temy in relevant conferences and networking meetups
  • Identify and engage with new prospects, nurturing them into long-term partnerships
  • Act as Temy’s representative in Israel, building brand visibility and credibility
  • Lead negotiations and close strategic deals, ensuring mutual value and ongoing collaboration
  • Stay on top of market trends and client needs to inform sales strategies and product offerings
  • Work closely with Temy’s internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong Industry Connections: A well-developed network of senior-level contacts (including VP R&D, CTOs, and other C-level executives) across multiple industries in IT in the Israeli tech ecosystem
  • Deep familiarity with the Israeli market and its business culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills – you build trust easily and close confidently
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
