Country Sales Manager (Germany)

We’re looking for a Country Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Germany. In this strategic role, you’ll take ownership of business development, build meaningful relationships with German tech leaders, and position Temy as a trusted IT services partner. If you have a strong network in the DACH region and a solid background in tech sales, we’d love to get in touch.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a market-specific sales strategy for Germany
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders – including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Product, and other C-level executives
  • Actively represent Temy at local industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings across Germany
  • Identify and engage with new clients, converting leads into long-term partnerships
  • Serve as Temy’s main ambassador in Germany, increasing our brand visibility and trust
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial pitch to successful deal closure
  • Stay up to date with trends in the German tech ecosystem to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Ensure excellent communication and coordination with Temy’s delivery teams to maintain high client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Established Network: Strong relationships with senior decision-makers (e.g. CTOs, VPs, C-level) within German tech companies
  • IT Sales Experience: Solid experience in B2B tech sales, especially within software development or IT services
  • Market Familiarity: Deep understanding of the German business culture, communication style, and market expectations
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term trust and close high-value deals
