We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project from Germany.
The product is an ERP system for small and medium-sized businesses in the agricultural sector.
The platform’s functionality includes: electronic invoice exchange, document flow automation, tools for data exchange and management of product information between suppliers and clients. Users can also customize the platform to their business needs, including integration with their own infrastructure.
The client has been on the market since 2022. From our side, we are looking for a Business Analyst who can gather and create complete documentation from scratch.
Interview Stages:
- Recruitment interview (15–20 minutes)
- Technical interview (approximately 60 minutes)
- Client meeting (approximately 60 minutes)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with documentation platforms (e.g., BookStack, Confluence)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Markdown
- Experience creating visual documentation
- Attention to detail and ability to work with structured materials
- Conversational German
Responsibilities:
- Create internal and technical product documentation from scratch
- Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Create clear instructions and guides for end users
- Ensure a logical structure and consistent format of documentation
- Create and document requirements
- Collaborate with technical and support teams
