We are looking for a Python Developer for a project from Israel.
Product – a voice AI assistant for automating order-taking in quick-service restaurants.
The service processes customer voice requests in real time and is already used by a network of restaurants in the USA. Thanks to centralized management, restaurants can configure voice, menus, promotions, and customer interaction scenarios. The solution reduces staff workload and optimizes processes.
The company has been on the market since 2019 and has raised around $15 million in funding.
This is a new client for us, and there are plans to expand the team on our side with Python and Full-Stack (Python + React) engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and maintain existing ones using Python
- Design and improve flexible pipelines for processing dialogues and data in the AI system
- Integrate Generative AI into production and ensure its performance
- Develop automated tests for AI modules and fix bugs in complex dialogue scenarios
- Collaborate with ML engineers and the team on architectural and technical solutions
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain and enhance integrations and pipelines for restaurant menu processing
- Plan and implement integration projects, handle client requests
- Create and update technical documentation for integrations
