We are looking for a Python Engineer for a SaaS project from the USA.
Product – an AI platform for automating work with tender requests.
The main goal is to help companies win more large deals by automating routine stages of preparing commercial proposals. The platform automatically processes unstructured RFP documents, identifies the most promising opportunities for participation, classifies requests, and builds strategies for submitting responses.
Functionality includes:
- searching for relevant tenders on public and private portals, as well as in government procurement databases,
- AI analysis of requests to determine their value and match to the company’s profile,
- workflow automation – from request analysis to final proposal preparation.
The position requires full-time engagement for 2–3 months. The team will work according to the US (New York) time zone.
This is a new client for us, and we are looking for a Python developer on our side.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Python development experience
- Pandas

Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and maintain existing ones using Python
- Evaluate and optimize product performance
- Build and maintain text data processing pipelines
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and improve open-source LLM models, perform their evaluation
- Participate in the full development cycle
- Implement RAG methods to generate accurate and reliable responses
- Document technical solutions and changes in simplified RFC format
- Ensure implementation of responsible AI control standards
- Fix bugs
