We are looking for a Business Development Specialist.
This role combines sales development and partnership activities, where you will attract new clients, build initial touchpoints, and maintain communication. The main focus includes market research, validation of potential leads, creating outreach campaigns, and supporting partnership initiatives. You will work with automation tools, CRM systems, and AI solutions, helping the team systematically scale lead generation.
Strong communication skills, the ability to work structurally, proactivity, and a willingness to learn quickly are essential for this role. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in business development and contribute directly to the company’s growth. The position is full-time.
We are Temy, an outsourcing company. Since 2014, we have specialized in developing software for startups and established businesses. We have deep expertise in IoT, E-Commerce, Financial Services, and AI services.
We currently have around 20 active projects, and our team includes about 100 specialists working from Ukraine and other countries.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in IT Sales
- Understanding of how outsourcing/outstaffing IT companies operate
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Skills in using automated lead-generation tools (Lemlist, Dripify, LinkedHelper, etc.)
- Ability to conduct negotiations and find the right approach to clients
- Experience with B2B sales
- Ability to work structurally: validation, segmentation, campaign setup, database work
- Use of AI tools in work
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience working in an outsourcing/outstaffing IT company
- Experience conducting intro calls
- Experience with partnership programs
Responsibilities:
- Searching for and attracting potential clients and partners via LinkedIn and e-mail
- Creating, launching, and managing campaigns both manually and with automation tools
- Creating and testing outreach templates
- Lead and partner validation
- Organizing and conducting calls with potential partners
- Researching and selecting international conferences, preparing and organizing company and partner participation
- Systematic updating and maintaining information in HubSpot and Pipedrive
- Close collaboration with the team
