HR Generalist



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes 
  • Close vacancies in time and in accordance with the established process
  • Support adaptation and probation period process
  • Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Create and own a positive candidate experience by developing and maintaining strong relationships with regular touchpoints and diligent follow-through.
  • Develop and maintain a strong corporate culture as well as working relationships with colleagues
  • Organization of internal team building and holidays


  • 1,5+ years’ experience in IT recruitment/HR
  • Knows the full cycle of the recruitment process and sourcing channels
  • Understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Highly developed listening, communication and negotiation skills
  • Have at least Intermediate Strong English level
  • Never stops looking for new technology that can improve the quality of and speed up work processes
  • Can quickly switch between tasks and fully embraces the importance and meaningfulness of what they are doing
