Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Create and own a positive candidate experience by developing and maintaining strong relationships with regular touchpoints and diligent follow-through.
Develop and maintain a strong corporate culture as well as working relationships with colleagues
Organization of internal team building and holidays
1,5+ years’ experience in IT recruitment/HR
Knows the full cycle of the recruitment process and sourcing channels
Understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Highly developed listening, communication and negotiation skills
Have at least Intermediate Strong English level
Never stops looking for new technology that can improve the quality of and speed up work processes
Can quickly switch between tasks and fully embraces the importance and meaningfulness of what they are doing
